"Get Up - if you can"
I hope you enjoy my new Video where I try to express the lucky moment I manage to get out of bed during anxiety/depression and take a walk even if I end up in.... well.... see for yourself.
To get these pictures I mounted my Insta360 OneX Camera on the Insta360 camera belt with the "invisible selfie stick". Then I re-framed every single shot in the Insta360 App, cutting it in the GoPro Quick App to the licence free Music I downloaded from the YouTube Music Library and adapted the colours in Adobe Rush. Everything done on my Samsung Tablet.
